It's by RAIN, in case you're wondering. She's an illustrator from China. I wouldn't blog about her life because I don't know anything about her life. All I know is, she's an awesome artist and I LOVE her!China artists are great. Their drawings are always so light as if they are flying when drawing... I'm flying now... teehee..
You should go check her out. I don't want to blog too much about her, I'm not in the mood. But, she is an extremely good artist.
